Private health insurance and Beihilfe
Fees are charged in accordance with the German fee schedule for psychotherapists (GOP). Depending on the individual fee agreement, fees may be charged at up to 3.5 times the basic rate set out in the fee schedule. To give you clarity from the outset about the likely reimbursement, please ask your private health insurer and, where applicable, your Beihilfe office in advance, if possible, what costs they will cover. I will be happy to provide the information you need for this.
Self-funded treatment
If you are paying for treatment yourself, you will be billed directly and confidentially in accordance with the German fee schedule for psychotherapists (GOP) and an individual fee agreement.
Statutory health insurance
Statutory health insurance covers the costs if a mental health condition requiring treatment is present and the requirements for psychotherapy under the German Psychotherapy Directive are met.

Treatment allowances for adults
Short-term psychotherapy: 12 to 24 treatment units
Psychodynamic psychotherapy: 60 to 100 treatment units
Analytical psychotherapy (German statutory category: Analytische Psychotherapie): 160 to 300 treatment units
